What's This Role About?
As a Business Development Representative, you will play an important role in Encircle’s success and overall growth using your ability to drive more sales opportunities. You’ll target some of the largest brands in Insurance and Restoration to achieve business goals. Excel in this role and there’s a clear growth path to an Encircle Account Executive.
What Will You Be Doing?
Identifying new prospects in Insurance and Restoration verticals
Connecting with prospects through multi-channel cadences and booking discovery calls
Qualifying inbound leads and generating new opportunities for Account Executives
Measuring and optimizing email cadences to drive conversions
Connecting and building rapport with senior leadership
Clearly articulating Encircle’s value proposition to prospects
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Product, Professional Services and Customer Support
What Are We Looking For?
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- A people person with high energy and determined with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Solid online research skills
- Ability to go and beyond to achieve monthly sales quota
- A self starter with a passion for learning new things
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Familiar with Sales Automation and CRM
- Experience within a high-growth SaaS start-up environment
- A year or two in any sales, business development or similar role
- Knowledge of Salesforce
Who You Will Be Reporting To?
The Business Development Representative will report to the Director of Sales.
