We are seeking a creative and energetic professional eager for a new challenge to join our team of content creators and marketers as a digital market assistant.

Our content areas focus on: future of work and education, youth-led innovation and sustainable development (with an emphasis on advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals)

The digital marketing assistant role gets to wear a variety of hats across our company portfolio—helping to manage the voice of our brands online through social media activations and youth engagement campaigns.

Your work will have several positive effects including helping young leaders take action for local challenges as well as raising public awareness on the role youth-led innovation and future of work trends. 

Responsibilities:

  • Market research to create databases for influencer outreach, client cold-calling, media events and potential leads for strategic alliances

  • Assist with creating content and managing social media channels including twitter and instagram, and find interesting and shareable content as applicable

  • Stay up-to-date on media and pop culture events to support special appearances and identify new opportunities

  • Help prepare marketing materials such as sell sheets and powerpoint presentations 

  • Assist with CEO communication by fielding incoming correspondence; composing and sending independent responses to emails, when appropriate; 

  • Organize conference calls and help set up meetings with prospective clients and business partners;

  • Managing some of the personal tasks of the CEO

  • Support CEO with ad hoc projects as requested.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn with a “can-do” attitude

  • Extremely organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solution-oriented & resourceful, including ability to use the Internet to research solutions

  • Team player used to work autonomously with the ability to drive its own initiatives in fast-paced environments

  • An ability to execute and follow through
