Technical Product Manager

Position Summary

Sortable is on a mission to change online publishing and advertising.  We believe that the millions of digital publishers and creators (app, web, video) who create the content the world consumes on a daily basis need better tools and services.  The first service Sortable launched a little over a year ago, automated ad operations. It now touches hundreds of millions of people in the US and manages billions of ad impressions every month.  At Sortable, we work with publishers and advertisers and our mission is to improve both of their lives with innovative products, data and systems.  We care about how content makes money, how it's distributed and the opportunities advertisers have to engage with the billions of users consuming it.

Sortable needs product-centric thinkers to join our team of product managers. The best candidate will be comfortable getting up to speed quickly on the content publishing and digital advertising landscape and is passionate about evaluating a prototype, defining an MVP and then tracking impact as it rolls out broadly to our entire network.

Within a feature area, you’ll define a series of tactical steps to move our product closer to the best product on the market. At this point, your ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines will emerge as a key strength. Product management is an inherently cross-functional role, so your strong communication skills will be used every day.  You should have a strong knack for UX, unit economics, strategic positioning, product marketing, technology, market trends and stakeholder alignment.
