Role Summary

Roadmunk is looking for a kickass content marketing specialist to own our bottom-of-funnel content—including case studies, training webinars, customer emails and much more.

You’ll be creating content and campaigns to help turn our trial users into long-term customers so that we can banish bad roadmapping and educate product teams on roadmap best practices—from creation to boardroom presentation.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with our Content Marketing Lead to develop and iterate on our activation / retention content strategy
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, like onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
  • Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, etc + manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
  • Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement
  • Support product marketing to bring new features to market
  • Continually analyze and report on the success of your content and use data to drive decisions


Experience: 1-2+ years experience as a content marketing specialist or similar role (like product marketing)—or show us that you can do this regardless of how long you’ve been doing it. A stellar writing portfolio with samples will need to be provided
