InkSmith is Canada’s leader in delivering 21st Century technology to K-12 schools for teaching innovative thinking, digital literacy and coding! We provide end to end solutions to school boards by manufacturing hardware, creating expansive curriculum packages, and providing practical training to teachers. Our team helps educators integrate a variety of technologies including 3D printers, robotics kits, laser cutters, VR headsets, and other peripherals to provide future proof learning.

We’re growing fast and are looking for passionate, ambitious people to join our team in sales! 

School board leaders work closely with our team to put their plans for STEM into action and we help ensure that their vision is realized successfully to make the best education possible for our youth. In just over 3 years we’ve installed tech into more than 2000 schools and trained more than 5000 educators with our unique programs.

In this outbound role, your job will be to connect with decision-makers and technology leaders to consult with them on our exciting solutions for their schools. From cold calling and emailing to (wo)manning the booth at conferences, you’ll be at the front lines of an exciting revolution in how kids learn and the environment they learn in.

Not to be cliche, but we move quickly. Our product line evolves in months, we exhibit at 25+ conferences a year, we’re always looking for new opportunities in education and our market is growing rapidly! We want people to join our team that thrive in this environment and bring their own unique lens to improving how we execute day-to-day.


The Role;


Making friends and connections in the industry
Prospecting new customers with tailored email campaigns 

Cold calling these leads to set up demonstrations and close deals

Qualifying school board level leads by having conversations with technology leaders

Analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize our strategy


What You'll Bring to the Team:

Banter is encouraged and appreciated basically a requirement

1-3 years experience in a sales environment

Strong competitive drive and aspirations to be a sales leader

Positive outlook with an eye to why what we do is important

Creative thinking with a penchant for execution

Base Salary between $35K-50K based on experience

Highly rewarding commission structure with no cap
