     C&H Fire Suppression Systems is a privately owned and wholly Canadian company created in 1985. Since then it has grown to more than 70 employees in the Kitchener area. Your job as a Systems Administrator at C&H will require you to maintain and grow existing infrastructure as well as to assist staff in their day to day activities.

     This role will also require you to regularly evaluate infrastructure and processes to ensure the scalability of the company as needed. Finally, this role will require you to assist in the development of in-house software for use with Auto-CAD 2013, the level of involvement will be dependent upon experience and skillset. The ideal candidate, in addition to possessing at least 3 years relevant work experience, should work well with others, be flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Skills Required
- Experience with Windows Server 2008 R2
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010 Preferably)
- Experience with Linux Based Web Servers (Preferably Ubuntu/Debian)
- Experience with Blade Server Systems (Preferably IBM)
- Experience with VMWare’s ESXi and VSphere
- Experience with NAS and SAN devices
- CCNA Certification or Equivalent Experience
- Experience with Cisco Routers/Firewalls
- Experience managing a VoIP Phone System (Preferably Mitel)
- Experience using C#
- Experience using AutoCAD 2013
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- 3 Years work experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science preferred

Responsibilities
- Maintain, Deploy, and Upgrade, servers, workstations, network devices, printers, etc
- Monitor and Maintain Network Environment
- Apply problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Keep up to date on new products and solutions and make recommendations where appropriate
- Monitor, maintain, and regularly test backups systems
- Assist in in-house software development using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, and AutoCAD 2013
