We’re looking for you to nurture and scale our online communities while ensuring products seamlessly arrive into our customers’ hands. This position works closely with our Director of Growth and has responsibilities spanning across functional areas including community management, operations and customer care. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and engage with online and social communities

  • Schedule and publish social and web content

  • Triage and assist with fulfillment of customer orders

  • Assist with developing marketing collateral and executing digital marketing campaigns

  • Manage administrative tasks including logistics support

  • Attend international trade shows where applicable (valid Canadian or US passport required)

 

Your Toolkit:

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Capability to step beyond your comfort-zone and wear many hats

  • Experience managing social and other online communities

  • Sense of ownership and follow through on assigned tasks

  • Enthusiasm and a smiling personality

  • Ability to triage issues appropriately to appropriate personnel

  • Bonus Points: Shopify, Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Hootsuite experience
