As a key technical member of the Quality Center of Excellence, the focus of this opportunity is to effectively and passionately engage with large scale data sources to drive analysis and insight into customer experience, product behavior, and field quality where we can engineer improvements in the end-to-end customer experience ensuring we have the strongest cyber security solutions.
About The Role
- As part of the product development team you will drive research and analysis of telemetry data to uncover data patterns, product usage trends and quality improvement opportunities.
- You’ll work closely with component and product owners in providing insight and recommendations behind your research and analysis. You will be able to showcase your curiousity, focus and persuit of digging deep to answer difficult questions.
