Summary

Do you have a passion working with customers and helping them solve innovative problems?  The objective of our Customer Quality Team is to manage customers through product quality or service challenges.  Our Customer Quality Team works directly with customers to solve their pain points and also improve the overall customer experience.  We strive to help our customers succeed.

This role is instrumental in driving root cause analysis and quick resolution to field problems as well as working closely with Christie's engineering, operations groups and 3rd party suppliers to develop permanent, long term solutions by leading cross functional problem solving teams. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to please customers and seek to anticipate customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience working with customers and vendors, specifically in a B2B environment
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • University degree or 3 year College diploma in a technical or communications focused field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills specifically in data analysis
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and internally
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Ability to meet with customers and travel to customer sites and trade shows
  • Experienced in root cause analysis and problem solving tools (e.g. fishbone, 5-why, 8D)
  • Ability to negotiate and influence
  • Strong facilitator; excellent ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Technical background including:
    • Understanding of video processing technology
    • System design and integration
    • Understanding of design and manufacturing processes

Nice to have:

  • Technical background including:
    • IT Networking
    • Programming languages including Python and C#
    • Project management
