Interface Analyst

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and EHR partners to interface with CellTrak
  • Ensure that interfaces established during implementation will support the customers’ business goals
  • Internal and external interface Subject Matter Expert supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Work in collaboration with Customer Success to meet project timelines for customer engagements
  • Perform project management responsibilities for partner engagements
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
  • Work directly with customers and partners as needed to gather and validate requirements
  • Work in collaboration with CSM to meet project timelines for customer engagements
  • Perform project management responsibilities for partner engagements
  • Work directly with partners to support testing efforts
  • Create user stories and drive them through the elaboration, design, and estimation to prepare them for release planning
  • Familiarity with GIVEN-WHEN-THEN formula for writing user acceptance criteria
  • Groom the product backlog, keeping it current and complete
  • Create product documentation to communicate value and function
  • Some travel required


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business and or systems
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology organization
  • Experience with APIs, extra points for health care interoperability
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience eliciting detailed requirements.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycles
  • Knowledge of B2B SAAS models
  • Ability to work well with staff at all levels throughout the organization
  • Ability to thrive and show flexibility in a constantly changing, competitive environment, with many simultaneous high priorities


  • Knowledge of or experience with home and community care
  • Interoperability workflow knowledge
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of products including Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Agile methodology in product design, planning and development
