About the Role

The Office Administrator is an ambidextrous ninja who will balance the many spinning plates around the office.   From helping with administrative tasks to scheduling events and organizing travel arrangements. If you like to work in a fast paced, fun, and always changing environment then we are the place for you!

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound phone calls and directing them to appropriate person

  • Greeting clients and guests at the front desk

  • Sort and distribute mail and couriers for the office

  • Scan mail for online distribution and maintain digital filing systems

  • Preparation of mail out packages

  • Manage office supplies

  • Manage all meeting room bookings

  • Support all departments with any general clerical assistance needed

  • Manage and assist in organizing Corporate events, lunches etc.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements

  • Coordinate requirements for new hires including the workstation preparation, phone, computer, office supplies and all other things required for a new employee to work effectively

  • Set up meetings and interviews for managers per request

  • Perform other administrative duties as required
