Marketing and Lead Generation Manager
Shinydocs Corporation delivers innovative enterprise solutions for some of the world’s largest companies. We are looking for a Marketing and Lead Generation Manager responsible for new lead acquisition and developing nurture campaigns to drive new business.
A day in the life of the marketing team at Shinydocs is varied. This role requires you to define creative global brand awareness, lead generation and channel marketing campaigns within multiple vertical markets. We are looking for that person who is a multi-marketing disciplinarian that understands lead generation and nurture initiatives. And whatever you may not know, you have the keen curiosity to go figure it out.
Your day could include:
- Creation and execution of inbound lead generation strateties, email marketing within CRM (we use HubSpot)
- Definition and segmentation of customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies
- Building and optimizing landing pages, forms, and lead scoring rules
- Drive SEO in content creation, social media and content programming
- Engagement with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute campaigns
- Management of customer and partner data, developing sales workflows and templates.
- And, if you like to write, copywriting opportunities are endless from tweets to blogs to eBooks
- Aid in general sales and marketing efforts.

- Technology background and experience required
- Solid copywriting and communication skills both verbally and written
- Independent worker capable of generating new projects and developing the role
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills
