Digital Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a digital marketing lead to spread our message, both far and wide.  

 

The successful candidate will be a FB Ads Manager genius, who knows the ins-and-outs of the platform.  You’re at home in Google Analytics, and able to use your combination of experience and intuition to determine how best to optimize conversions.  You’re willing and excited to engage with our customers-- both businesses and end-users, and to build beautiful creative using the Adobe Creative Suite.  

 

You hate red tape, and you believe in failing fast and quick pivots where they’re appropriate.  You’re a thinker, a creative and a risk-taker. Finally, you’ve got the gumption to work with us to reshape the way people think about the outdoors.


 

Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy and short-long term marketing plan

  • Manage e-commerce site optimization / reconstruction

  • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability

  • Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)

  • Manage paid advertisement accounts (Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads)

  • Content and copy creation for both B2B and B2C channel

  • Analyze key metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, cart abandonment, retention, etc.

  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures

  • Generate monthly reports on paid/social marketing campaign’s performance

  • Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel

  • Communicate goals and results with executive team
     

Qualifications And Skills

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required

  • Extensive experience in B2C digital marketing and advertising

  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices

  • Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO

  • Extensive experience with Facebook Ads / Google Ads platforms, as well as Google Analytics

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required

  • Bonus points for experience in Photoshop, video editing or Shopify

  • Bonus points for being passionate about outdoors activities
